I recently had a response to an article, that was a bit confusing.
I'm not sure if he was inferring 'I' use(d)
steroids, or that people should, in order to get the body
they want.
First of all, NO, I"VE NEVER USED STEROIDS. My pics
here are at a weight of 170 pounds. Had I used steroids, I

Swiss Ball Workouts 10/10/2005
If anyone wants to get a few tips to get a better core(abs,
butt, obliques, and back) i have a few. All you need is a
swiss ball and you get get a better core and start freaking
like crazy. You can get a rock hard body I just started using
